These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Zaravya Informatics Pvt Ltd covering all use of the Kubicale website, platform and related services.

Kubicale provides hotel management software and related services for properties including hotels, resorts, boutique stays and serviced apartments. Our services include:

• Front desk, reservations and guest profile management
• Housekeeping, maintenance and task workflows
• Rates, availability and channel distribution
• Billing, invoicing and reporting
• Guest messaging, integrations and analytics

03User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking demos
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not reproduce, duplicate or resell any part of our services without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those covering guest data

04Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality of our website and services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software, are the exclusive property of Zaravya Informatics Pvt Ltd and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

05Demo Bookings

• You consent to being contacted by our team via email and/or phone
• Demo schedules are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to reschedule demos with reasonable notice
• Demo content is for evaluation purposes only

06Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

07Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

08Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zaravya Informatics Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
